BENUKA GO is a live delivery dispatch platform. Restaurants send delivery orders from their panel or from marketplace integrations, courier companies assign and track riders in real time, and both sides reconcile payments every week inside the same system. It runs in production today and handles several thousand deliveries a month.

BENUKA POS is a point of sale product for restaurants that works with the same backend, so in-house orders and delivery orders live in one place.

Both products are presented at benuka.net. Client work, from company sites to booking and member portals, is shown on the home page.

• We run our own product. BENUKA GO and BENUKA POS work in real restaurants and courier companies every day. The standard we apply to client work comes from what we learn keeping our own product running.
• One team, end to end. Web, iOS and Android, desktop, automation and server infrastructure all come from the same team. From idea to launch there is one point of contact, one standard and one party responsible.
• We stay after launch. Server setup, deployment, backups and monitoring are part of the job. We do not hand a system over and leave; we are also the ones who keep it running.
• Working systems, not showpieces. All 12 systems we have launched so far are live and doing real work every day: orders, bookings, payments, memberships, price lists.
• We connect systems to each other. Marketplace orders, 3D Secure payments, SMS, push notifications and fiscal cash registers work inside the same flow. Work that people used to do by hand runs on its own.
• Architecture that is ready to grow. We build products as multi-tenant from the start: each business keeps its own data, and permission layers decide who can see and do what. The product does not need a rewrite when it grows.
• The work goes on when the internet does not. The restaurant till writes each order to its own computer first and syncs to the cloud when the connection returns. The screen does not freeze in the middle of dinner service.
• Security is not added later. Regular security audits, least-privilege access, encrypted backups and safeguards against irreversible operations are part of the system from day one.
• Fast, and right on a phone. We measure every screen on desktop and on a phone. We build multilingual when it is needed; one of our live projects runs in five languages.
• You talk to the people who built it. There is no call centre or sales layer in between. When you have a question, the person answering is the one who built that system.

We are a small team, so we rely on written rules and measurement rather than on anyone's memory. Our customers run their tills, their orders and their accounts on our systems, and they are the first to pay for a mistake.

• One hand on production. Only one person works on the live system at a time. A written lock is taken before the work starts and released when it ends, so two changes never overlap.
• Every release follows the same protocol. We take a snapshot first, upload files one by one and compare checksums, and a release is not finished until the health checks pass. Every step has a tested rollback path.
• Tests first, release second. More than 3,500 automated tests run before a change ships. Changes that touch payments, balances or permissions also go through an independent review, and nothing ships until that review comes back clean.
• We measure before we say it works. Every screen is measured on desktop and on a phone. Any change that touches money is first run against real data in read-only mode, so we see the numbers before the release, not after.
• The system is watched around the clock. Automated monitors keep checking the server, the backups and the order flow, and test orders run through the system end to end. Logs and alerts are reviewed again every night, and a written report is waiting in the morning.
• Backups are encrypted and kept elsewhere. The database is backed up every day, encrypted, and stored in a second location outside the server. The contents of each backup are checked daily too.
• Every incident becomes a rule. When something goes wrong we write down what happened, why it happened and what we changed so it does not happen again. That lesson becomes part of the next release.
